Tap into your unconscious beliefs and release the emotional trauma stored in your body
Getting over an abusive relationship with a narcissist can be very difficult, traumatic and take considerable amounts of time understanding what went wrong and why. It doesn't have to be that way - there are quicker ways to help you on the road to recovery.
When you start to realise the power of the unconscious mind you can become aware of beliefs that may be holding your own recovery back. Whilst you might be thinking positively that 'you will get over an abusive relationship', in your unconscious mind you might be unwittingly sabotaging this with thoughts such as 'I don't like asking for what I need' or 'I am not good enough' or even 'I don't think that I am ever going to get over this'.
By paying careful attention to your own needs - through your emotions, where these are stored in your body and your unconscious thoughts, you have an opportunity to transform the trauma after narcissistic abuse and accelerate your recovery.
Because it has been developed by those who have actually experienced narcissistic abuse and recovered from it, it means that the Intensive Recovery Programme can quickly and efficiently give you a personal 'road map' to your own recovery.
The Intensive Recovery Programme is designed to work in conjuction with your own professional trauma therapist (or standalone if you don't have one) and offers you:
(1) Explanations in an easy to understand way about why you can't just 'get over it' easily and why 'talking about it' doesn't get help you move on with your own recovery.
(2) Based on practical knowledge and experience of people who have been through narcissistic abuse - and ONLY describes treatment methods that really work.
(3) Based on treatments given by trauma psychologists, Carl Jung Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Release programmes and other specialist resources - so you can get affordable help at the time you really need it, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
(4) Designed to make you feel better as quickly as possible.
* Not a substitute for professional advice. Not a cure. Please always consult with your physician.
